My name is Dani the maker behind Lightning Rails.
This project is the result of my conflicting love for Marc Lou's Shipfast Boilerplate and Ruby on Rails.
I could not find a boilerplate for Indie Makers on the Rails stack. The other boilerplates were either too expensive or too complicated for simple MVPs, so I built my own.
The process was quite straightforward. I looked at all my projects over the past four years and gathered the most common commits into an easy-to-use Ruby on Rails Boilerplate.
